
To receive the full benefit of my services, I would suggest coming in for 2-3 sessions per week. At this frequency, the rate of learning and results it sufficient to achieve almost any goal. This is of course, subject to the budget you have available and this will be taken into account when devising a plan to suit your needs.

Currently due to the COVID-19 pandemic, online coaching via Zoom is available. However, my service is designed to be delivered in a face-to-face gym environment. To receive the full benefit of 1-2-1 coaching and the high standard of results, it’s advised to see me in person.
