  • How much does personal training cost?
    Payment is taken on a 4-week block basis at your selected frequency of sessions per week. Regardless of the number of sessions you carry out, what you receive with the service remains the same. Please get in touch to book in a free consultation to discuss pricing further.
  • How often do I need to come?
    To receive the full benefit of my services, I would suggest coming in for 2-3 sessions per week. At this frequency, the rate of learning and results it sufficient to achieve almost any goal. This is of course, subject to the budget you have available and this will be taken into account when devising a plan to suit your needs.
  • What does the consultation/initial assessment process involve?
    Consultation topics will include things such as but not limited to: Goal Setting (Process/Outcome, Short/Mid/Long Term, Habit Formation etc) Lifestyle & Mindset Personality & Learning Preferences Limitations & Barriers (i.e. Time Constrains, Information Overload/Confusion, Travel etc) Training Experience & Current Training Status Past Medical & Injury History Past/Current Dietary Habits & Preferences Programme Design Tracking Progression Frequency & Price of Personal Training This is a no obligation free of charge consultation.
  • What’s included in the service?

  • Do I need to be fit before starting personal training?
    Definitely not. I work with individuals across all levels of ability. Even if you’ve never exercised or step foot in a gym before, I’ve got you covered.
  • I have an extensive training background, is this appropriate for me?"
    Yes. Even if you’ve been training for years, I am confident there is still a significant amount of value I can provide to improve your training and results.
  • How do I get started?
    Simply fill out the contact form and I will get back to you ASAP with a pre-consultation questionnaire. I’ll then get you booked in for your consultation. Following this, you will then embark on the onboarding process with the first few sessions comprising of assessments. Once all the relevant information has been collated, I can then develop the best plan of action moving forward.
  • Is online coaching available?
    Currently due to the COVID-19 pandemic, online coaching via Zoom is available. However, my service is designed to be delivered in a face-to-face gym environment. To receive the full benefit of 1-2-1 coaching and the high standard of results, it’s advised to see me in person. For those of you who are not able to work with me in person, I am in the process of developing some online products that will be available to purchase soon.
